Photocopies can be made in the university's libraries or with other copy machines located on campus by utilizing the student copy account. Copies can be made in black and white as well as in color (prices vary). Students can log into the copiers by using their user names and password. A student's username is the first part of the Loyola email address and the password is set as the first two letters of the student's first name and the last four (4) numbers of the student's social security number.

We encourage online payments through our secure e-commerce system.  Online tuition payment options include e-Check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.  Tuition payments by credit card will only be accepted online through our e-Commerce processor who will charge a 2.85% non-refundable service fee.

The Bursar’s Office assists students and parents with a number of financial transactions. Services include analyzing tuition accounts, processing outside scholarships and loan checks, and applying payments to tuition accounts by cash, check, and e-Check. The office also accepts deposits for the Loyola Express Debit Card account and answers any questions pertaining to the account.

Tuition payments and Express Debit Card deposits can be made in the Bursar's Office, Thomas Hall, room 206.
